The Silver Shores Estates Homeowners Association (SSHOA) welcomes you to our beautiful neighborhood, situated on the northern shore of Silver Lake in Cowlitz County, Washington. The SSHOA is a non-profit corporation.
The neighborhood is comprised of 51 home sites, accented by approximately 45 acres of common areas which are owned by the SSHOA. The common areas located closest to the lake are traversed by multiple hiking pathways and include several cleared areas for use by the SSHOA members (owners).
Common Areas
The Common Areas of the SSHOA are shared by all members and their invited guests. These areas are not open to the general public and visitors must be accompanied by a member.
